Along the Way is a rapidly growing 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with a focus on strengthening the care economy (child care, elder care, social care). Through collaborative efforts with local government, employers, community-based organizations, and passionate volunteers, we break down barriers between sectors, enabling families to achieve better outcomes and long-term stability. We provide exceptional workforce development and holistic support to enter and stay in the workforce, including, but not limited to, in-home child care services for families who work nontraditional hours. Dom Fixes Bikes, based in Malvern, PA, is not just about fixing bikes; it’s about fostering a community of cycling enthusiasts and ensuring every ride is as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
As a part of this mission, we run a bike donation program: throughout the year we donate new and used bikes to everyone who applies for a bike. During the holiday season, the whole community comes together to help donate bikes all over Chester County. In December of 2023, we donated 121 brand new bikes to kids and families in need. This is all possible with ongoing support from our community!

Now in its 4th year, Hermine C Bohrer Senior Drive’s goal is to raise money and collect needed care products for direct donation to local senior citizens. Inspired by her grandma Hermine C. Bohrer, the founder established the senior drive so her memory can live on through charitable acts that represent the unconditional love she embodied in life.
Every year they make hundreds of gift bags for seniors living in local nursing homes. They have purchased lip balm, soap, and candy bars and collected $100 for haircuts for those that cannot afford it. They still need donations to supply more of what they started and for any fresh ideas they come up with!
