Jim and Connor were very prompt and professional. They were quick on the job and did a great job of repairing our main sewer pie in the house. We would definitely use them again! Pricing was very reasonable. We loved the bios of the people they sent out. Made us feel more comfortable with who was coming out. Overall, a great experience!
We had a problem that I wasn't going to attempt to DIY. Our main breaker was bad and knocked out one leg of service. I picked McHales because they are near me and also the reviews I had read. I can only say I am totally happy I chose to call them. Luis was very courteous and explained everything to me what went wrong. He answered any questions I had. He didn't have that particular breaker with him but he went out and got it in no time. After he was finished he took time to show me the condition of the old breaker and the need to address my box soon. I appreciate that. The cost was definitely reasonable for the work he performed. Being in building maintenance myself I know the risks involved with these trades. That's why I expect to pay what I pay. All said and done I am totally satisfied on all levels. Price, job well done and a courteous, knowledgeable technician. I will certainly call McHales again.
Electricians Ed and Kyle had to make another stop to my home during my kitchen remodel. They both are courteous and professional. They explained every detail to me and answered all my questions in a professional manner.
